Since it is for the use of the customer only, there are no privacy considerations and/or violations that may be stipulated in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).

While the City provides this information in good faith, it does not warrant, covenant, or guarantee the completeness and accuracy of the information and specifically excludes any commercial reasonable fitness or warranty. The City does not assume responsibility nor accept any liability arising from any use of the information. This is a moment in time picture of the account. It can change if a payment has been applied to the account in error, or if a new billing has been updated on the account. Payments, adjustments or billings will not be reflected on the account until the following business day, and will therefore also not be reflected on the transaction history within the portal. At present time this online service is offered free of charge. The City reserves the right to charge for use of this online service in the future.

Regular City business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This website is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and is supported during regular City business hours. All after-hours issues will be dealt with the next business day.
